It all began in the back room of a bar. The presence of a 9-year-old composing stories on an old typewriter was of no concern to anyone—until “Susie’s” Local Lowdown hit the street. Her visits to the bar--and the newsletter--were abruptly halted. Branded a “disturbing element” in parochial school, Susie’s first novel was banned from the premises. Angel of Tears is her first published novel.
Susie moved to Cape Coral with her husband Richard not to retire, but to “refire.”
“To date fame has eluded me,” Susie says “But I have achieved my share of infamy.”
